AADE: Extension of deadlines for Covid declarations and real estate leases

Extension of deadlines for corrections and initial statements for cut rents. Everything you need to know.

THE ΑΑΔΕ (Independent Public Revenue Authority), announced the extension, until September 30, 2021, of the deadline for submitting initial / amending declarations:

1. Lease Information on Real Estate Landlords, in order to declare the termination of the lease agreement by June 12, 2020.
2. Covid and / or Real Estate Lease Information from landlords / subletters in case they receive a relevant notification from the Tax Administration to correct their mistakes or omissions.
3. Covid and / or Real Estate Lease Information, for January to May 2021, by real estate landlords / subletors.
4. Covid, for March to December 2020, from landlords to real estate subletters who have not submitted a Declaration.
5. Real Estate Lease Amendment Information for March until December 2020, for cases of subletting with many properties.
6. Covid and / or Real Estate Lease Information from the Port Authorities, which grant / sub-grant the right to use premises within the Land Port Zone to third parties in return, and by persons who are paid compensation due to non-contractual use of their real estate.
