More than two stationsin Volos and Kilkis, were sealed for two years by its customs auditors AADEas they were moving adulterated fuel on the market.
In addition to the two -year padlock, the specific stations that channeled distorted fuels were imposed by AADE and fines exceeding 150,000 euros per business.
In particular:
1. In the case of VolosThere had been any relevant information from the competent Magnesia Trade Office on the detection of a 3.1 -ton gasoline, which led to a 3,298 -euro certificate of tariff charges, while prosecution of smuggling.
2. In Kilkissealing the service station was carried out in the context of a operation under the coordination of the AADE Central Business Chamber, following the utilization of information by the Department of Development and Environment Kilkis.
In both cases they were received fuel samples which were examined by the chemical services of the General Chemistry of the State of AADE and were characterized as abnormally and distorted with other petroleum products.
The two -year seal is followed by a number of additional measures, such as:
– Beneficiaries of fines exceeding one hundred fifty thousand euros (150,000 €) per station
– Reply of fuels from stations tanks
– Withdrawal of signals, pumps and equipment of service stations
– Removal of operating licenses of stations
– Interruption of the disposal and trafficking of energy products to these stations and linked to them, in the context of compliance with proper diligence measures.
– Publication of the offenders on the AADE website.
