By decision of its commander AADEGiorgos Pitsilis (A. 1078/2025), the changes in the data of the limited liability companies (EIA) and the private capital companies (IKE) are automatically informed in the AADE tax register.
In particular, with the expansion of interoperability between the AADE information systems and the General Trade Register (GEMI), the relevant data is derived directly from GEMI and are automatically registered.
EIA and IKE no longer need to submit a statement of change in the tax register of AADE for changes in:
- Capital
- Status of the legal person
- Expiry
- Name
Already, through the interoperability since October 2023, more than 113,000 changes in public limited companies (SA) have been completed. The expansion of interoperability to EIA and IKE is expected to further upgrade the services provided to businesses and reduce administrative costs, as it is estimated that more than 100,000 changes per year will be automated.
