Further expanding digital applications of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) “My Requests” and “My Appointments”, improving the service of citizens and businesses on customs issues.
All upgraded features are available through the digital portal myaadin the options ‘My requests’ and ‘My appointments’or through the digital application of AADE Myaadeapp.
In particular, in the digital application of AADE to My requests and in My appointment:
- Are integrated 27 additional customsnow covering all customs services.
- Are activated 51 New Customs Procedures.
- Are upgraded 21 existing procedures for greater usability and efficiency.
The applications “My Requests” and “My Appointments” are key pillars of AADE’s digital strategy, offering to their traders, or their legal representatives, the ability to:
- Submit structured requests to the competent customs agency, after being identified with the use of TAXISnet codes. • They are informed of the multitude of customs processes available.
- Are directly attaching and safely the required supporting documents.
- They watch in real time the course of their demands, from submission to completion.
- Are planning an appointment with customs services for cases that require physical presence.
It is noteworthy that only 5,667 requests for customs procedures were submitted through the Myaade Digital Gate. By expanding functionality, there is a significant increase in digital activity, estimated at:
- performed 122,000 announcements supply of ships and aircraft with free fuel and
- additional 1,700 beneficiaries. The set of new functions will be put in productive mode the Monday 4/8further enhancing the efficiency and transparency of customs processes.
