The elderly perpetrator reportedly had to leave the house until May 9th. Yesterday afternoon, the 50 -year -old electrician went to the house to pick up the garage door remote control. After a strong fight, the 75 -year -old former helicopter pilot allegedly shot him back four times. The victim tried to escape, but succumbed to his injuries to the courtyard of the house he had acquired just two months earlier.
Shocking are the testimonies of neighbors, who say the 50 -year -old had shown understanding, letting the previous owner stay for a while. Next to the 75 -year -old’s body, authorities found a note in which the elderly described the financial difficulties he faced and had led him to despair.
Speaking at a television station, his brother described his brother as a “harsh man”, but expressed his surprise to the tragic end. He revealed that the 75 -year -old had long -term lawsuits with their sister over hereditary issues, which allegedly led to the loss of the house by auction. According to the victim’s brother, the house was auctioned following a lawsuit by the perpetrator’s sister for debts of 44,000 euros, and was eventually awarded for 115,000 euros.
‘My brother was a harsh man’
“He was a harsh man but I didn’t expect to get to this point,” says his brother’s brother, who after killing the 50 -year -old buyer, ended his life.
