Dimand: 5 New Projects are coming by 2030 – What it delivers by 2027

Dimand’s CEO Dimitris Andriopoulos during yesterday’s (7.4.2025) of the analysts revealed the course of the works under construction. Specifically, he said that in the coming months he is expected to do exit from the Piraeus Tower and Mignon, as he is in intensive negotiations with prospective investors.

For the Piraeus Tower, he revealed that there are 3 prospective buyers, and today 75% of the premises have been leased, which will soon be changed as the company is close to close new employees in the coming months. Dimand’s head has revealed that the company has taken over the Aegean Textile Town Planning in Lavrio, a process that is expected to take about 18 months, as there are no existing land uses. Upon completion of this phase, the Government Gazette will be issued that will determine the construction in the area. The main use to be developed will be tourism and home.

The investment will include the erection of 62,000 square meters, at the cost of exceeding 200 million euros. The aim is to form the image of Lavrion in 2030, when the area for growth will be granted. Lavrio, according to him, has a constituted capacity and the growth will include the transportation of a portion of the cruise as well as the expansion of the marina.
