Coronavirus: Vaccinated people are 11 times more likely to die

Unvaccinated people are eleven times more likely to die if they get stuck coronavirus, according to a large survey of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention USA (CDC).

The CDC study took into account the hospitalization and deaths of coronavirus patients in 13 states, and the findings show “further evidence of the strength of the vaccine,” said the agency’s director, Dr. Rochelle Valensky. The study analyzed and linked to vaccination more than 600,000 cases of coronavirus from last April to mid-July. Of these, unvaccinated cases were about 4.5 times more likely to be infected with the virus, 10 times more likely to be hospitalized, and 11 times more likely to die from coronavirus.

A previous CDC study, based on 43,127 covid cases in Los Angeles, found that unvaccinated people were five times more likely to get stuck and 29 times more likely to be hospitalized. According to the data, about 54% of the US population is vaccinated with both doses of the vaccine. As clarified by Dr. Valensky, “We have the necessary scientific tools to strike the pandemic.”
