“In an extraordinary period, the 21st Extraordinary Congress of our Party is held.
Our nation is today under a strong siege. This siege is the siege of an oppressive government that clearly states that it is not committed to law and democracy and sees itself as the owner of the state. This government does not want an opponent, does not want an opposing party, let them hold free and fair elections.
