Harilaou Trikoupi changes agenda: PASOK’s housing counterattack in a climate of pressure and introversion

The central objective of the proposal, as PASOK executives note is to increase the offer of affordable and accessible homes through the construction of 5,000 new houses, the renovation of closed properties and the regulation of the rental market. It enhances social cohesion, reducing the displacement of residents from their neighborhoods and offering a comprehensive framework for renters.

In particular, the central axes of PASOK’s housing policy are:

1) Establishment of a home address that will establish pressure zones in the areas with a high housing burden.
