AADE: Opened the Platform for VAT Return to Special Status Farmers

Started for the third consecutive year the digital application process for returning VAT to a special status farmers through the digital gate of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE).

In particular, VAT refund beneficiaries submit a statement – request for the return of the eligible amount to the AADE MYBUSUSUPPORT Platform, on Myaade Route> Applications> Businesses> MybusinsSupport.

When completing the application, the documents transmitted to the Mydata platform is recovered by the recipients of the beneficiary as buyers of agricultural products or as recipients of the Special Status Farmer.

Upon completion of the completion and the confirmation of the data displayed, the amount concerned is displayed for the person concerned.

Returns will be made at regular intervals:

• In the IBAN account that the beneficiaries have stated in the register & communication at the Myaade Digital Gate, if the conditions are met or the conditions are met or
• by offsetting any debts.

In 2024, the second year of implementation of the above digital process, 121,550 applications were submitted. The amount of the refund amounted to 39 million euros, which were paid to the accounts of the beneficiaries or were offset by their tax liabilities.

The process will remain open until December 15, 2025.
