Closed the Cretan redemption deal by Masoutis

Signature of non-binding statement of intentions between Diamantis Companies Masouti SA and UNEEDIC Cretan Massoutis announced to acquire 100% of the Anecdotal Cretan chain by Diamantis Massoutis SA.

Massoutis’ announcement also notes that the necessary legal and financial audits procedure is expected to be completed in the coming months and the intended transaction will be subject to the necessary prior approvals of the competent supervisory authorities.

The intended transaction will result in a pioneering Greek food retail company as the combination of the two companies is expected to further enhance consumer choices, innovation and competitiveness.
