Panserraic and Ghoul A 1-1 draw in Serres were drawn to the first Super League playoffs. The hosts opened the scoring, but the visitors tied and took the significant degree of tie in the battle they are fighting for the category.
Lamia stayed alive in Serres with a penalty shoot-out, with Panserraikos failing to defend the lead by Salazar, while the referee canceled Betancor’s 2-1 goal.
The two teams started the game very cautiously – a sample of its criticality. From 20 ‘onwards, however, the phases began to be created with a relative frequency. The first was Lamia who touched the goal with Mazar Bilal. The former Ace of Panathinaikos with a nearby place sent the ball to the root of Lucas Gougessville’s right -wing fire, after fine cooperation and shooting by Aaron Tsimbola from the right.
Opportunity that “upset” the hosts. Who reacted in the 26th had their first major moment, with Ivan Costs being difficult to kick a corner of the Salazar shot. Five minutes later, it was Zisi Hadjistravos’ turn, with the former PAOK midfielder ripping in the area but shooting high from the penalty shootout.
In the 34 ‘, Costic had to intervene again to stop Hafte Betancor’s diagonal place, who came out long after the vertical pass of Salazar. The half time ended with the excellent individual energy of Carles Soria, who won two rows but was won by Volney Felts at the last moment. The second part started with a great time for the “lions”.
Betancor and Hadjistravos changed the ball, with Salazar, who was diagonally opposed to Costic, but the Colombian Extreme False did not find a goal. Thanassis Staikos was forced to make a second forced change, after Vasilis Sourlis with a muscle problem, Yiannis Doiranlis left, with Lamia giving more emphasis on attack but leaving many gaps.
The Serraians again came close to the goal in the 61st minute: exemplary counterattack, left three players from the home team with one defender, but instead of Betancor to give the ball, he preferred to shoot – inappropriate.
The hosts also had a 65 ‘. From a foul execution, Emir Bergstrom took the head, the ball stopped on the left -handed Costic fireplace and then on the foot of the goalkeeper Serbian goalkeeper, leaving the corner.
In the end, Juan Ferrando’s team reached the goal that, based on a picture, was entitled to the 67th minute. Betancor took the ball into the center, took a nice vertical pass to Salazar who surpassed Salvador Sanchez in sprint and fired a 1-0 one. Two minutes later, Soria with a stealing and powerful shot threatened the Gougensville fireplace, but without a happy ending for him.
However, in the 75 ‘the visitors won a penalty shootout when Tosio Lake made the cross and Stefan Ohonga found the ball by hand. Angelos Evangelou did not see the infringement, but was alerted by VAR (Alexandros Tsakalidis and Stavros Cementeridis), attributing the last penalties to the Field Review. Which Vlachomitros turned into a goal for 1-1.
Ten minutes later, Panserraikos thought he took the lead again. From the midfield steal, the ball reached the left to Salazar – after Sanchez’s poor appreciation – with Colombian taking off the assist in Betancor who ideally made Costic.
From VAR they called Evangelou for a foul in favor of Lamia at the start of the phase, in which the Athenian referee was ahead and did not attribute a violation, but after seeing the monitor, he canceled the goal, provoking the intense reactions of the hosts.
The 1-1 left to the end, with Panserraikos rising to 29 points and returning to +7 from the penultimate Athens Kallithea FC. Lamia, for its part, is also at a distance of seven points from Volos that is currently preserved.
