Applications start today, Thursday (13.11.2025). students for granting by exception transfer/movement. Applications will last until Tuesday, November 18, and those students who fall into the categories of serious and documented exceptional cases are eligible.
More specifically, the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports has informed that the applications for exceptional transfer/transfer of students, for particularly serious and documented exceptional cases, in accordance with the provisions of article 79 of Law 4692/2020 (Government Gazette 111 A) and number 148236/Z1/30-10-2020 (BĪ 4806) ministerial decision, will be submitted from today, Thursday, November 13, 2025, until Tuesday, November 18, 2025 (14:00).
Applications with the supporting documents documenting the cited reasons for granting an exception for transfer/transfer, are submitted by students exclusively electronically in the special application https://transfer.it.minedu.gov.gr (with the exception of transfers) or through the corresponding hyperlink on the main website of the Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports, using the credentials (username and password) assigned to them to connect to academic services, which use the Identification and Authorization Infrastructure of EDYTE (eg Academic Identity, Eudoxos, etc.).
In the special application of exceptional transfers, the instructions for use are available regarding the process of submitting the electronic application and the relevant supporting documents documenting the particularly serious and exceptional cases.
