Of course, it is assumed that the defendants will receive deadlines in order to prepare their apologies, which are expected to be received by the end of December.

In the event that the Supreme Judicial Council decides to impeach the former deputy minister, then a Special Court will be set up for the criminal investigation of the responsibilities of Mr. Triandopoulos and seven other non-political persons, based on the Ministerial Responsibility Law. If the decision is on the contrary exculpatory, then the Konstantinos Agorastosthe former Larissa Traffic Commander, the former Larissa Fire Commander, the former General Secretary of Civil Protection and the rest will be tried for their possible participation in the “bazoma” by regular justice.
