The value of transactions on the Athens Stock Exchange amounts to 14.45 million euros. Of the high-cap stocks, Aktor (+2.42%), Titan (+1.35%), Coca Cola HBC (+1.24%) and Optima Bank (+1.11%) recorded the biggest increase.
The General Price Index at 11:00, stands at 2,023.41 points, marking an increase of 0.39%. The large-cap index is up 0.38%, while the mid-cap index is up marginally at 0.02%.
On the contrary, the largest decline was registered by the shares of EYDAP (-0.59%), PPC (-0.43%) and AIA (-0.30%).
54 stocks move up, 28 down and 13 remain stable.
The largest increase was recorded by the shares: Lanakam(k) (+5.06%) and Aktor (+2.97%), while the largest decrease was recorded by the shares: Centric (-3.90%) and Trastor (-1.60%).
European shares rose in early trade today, with investors focusing on moves to lift the fiscal paralysis in the US.
The pan-European STOXX 600 rose 0.5% to a two-week high of 576.05 at 10:10 GMT.
