The Prime Minister attended the event of the Greek Shipowners’ Union (EEE), which took place at the Athens Conservatory in honor of the donors of the EEE’s Action Plan for the restoration of the areas of Thessaly affected by the bad weather Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
During his speech, the prime minister underlined that, although “the wounds of Thessaly have not yet closed”, significant progress has been made in the restoration projects, adding that “Daniel will cost the Greek state more than 3 billion euros”.
Mr. Mitsotakis emphasized the importance of improving school infrastructure, stating: “I attach great importance to the upgrading of building infrastructure in schools.” At the same time, he referred to the “Marietta Giannakou” Program, through which “we reconstructed 431 schools”.
