OR Boca Juniors was the big winner of the Superclasico in “Bobonera”, winning with her 2-0 River Platethanks to the goals of Thembayos and Merediel. The 57,000 fans of the home team set up an unrepeatable “party” in the stands, creating a unique atmosphere, which we see in the stadiums of Argentina.
In the finale of the game, some of the Boca Juniors fans were in the mood to… troll River Plate and its fans. With their team having secured victory in the derby, home fans in the “Bobonera” arena dressed up as ghosts.
These fans wore large white sheets, which had the letter “B” on them, in red letters. In this way they wanted to remind everyone at River Plate of the team’s 2011 relegation to the second division (Argentina’s Primera B Nacional).
Let’s remember that Boca Juniors has never been relegated to the second division.
