The 40-year-old, who reportedly states “Archbishop of Athens and all of Greece of the Old Celebrants“, proves to be particularly active on social media. In fact, it maintains a channel at YouTube in which he presents cooking recipes.

A criminal organization was dismantled by the Narcotics Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Organized Crime Directorate, whose members were active in the trafficking of significant quantities of cocaine and raw cannabis in Greek territory.
In order to dismantle the criminal organization, simultaneous police operations were carried out on Friday, November 7, 2025, in areas of Attica and Rhodes, in the context of which -8- people were arrested, of which -6- were members of the organization, while the case file that was formed also includes another member of the criminal organization, locked up in a Detention Center.
As it emerged from the investigation, after appropriate use of information, as well as through analysis and cross-checking of verifications and pre-investigative data, the members of the criminal organization were active in the supply, storage, counterfeiting, reprinting and further trafficking of quantities of cocaine and raw cannabis in Greek territory, in the cultivation of cannabis seedlings, as well as in illegal trafficking – transportation foreigners inside the Greek territory.
In particular, the members formed and joined a criminal organization consisting of two arms, having a hierarchical structure and distinct roles. In order to achieve their goal, they had created appropriate infrastructure for the various stages of production and storage of the narcotic substances, while they had also chosen a suitable location for the establishment of a plantation of cannabis seedlings in the area of Fthiotida.
At the same time, the role of each member was specified as follows:
First arm of the criminal organization
- 52-year-old citizen, as a leading member of the first arm of the criminal organization, was responsible for the full guidance of the rest of the subgroup members, as well as for finding and storing quantities of narcotics in a suitable hiding place (kavaza) until their trafficking. She was also responsible for the recruitment of members of the criminal organization and the full training of the members in terms of illegal trafficking – transportation of immigrants.
- 42-year-old, was a direct accomplice of the 52-year-old, similarly responsible for finding and storing quantities of narcotics, as well as trafficking quantities of narcotics to other drug traffickers or users. He was also responsible for the full guidance of the members, in terms of the illegal trafficking – transportation of immigrants together with the 52-year-old, while he was a connecting link between the two operational arms of the criminal organization.
- A 40-year-old, a 46-year-old and a 52-year-old, as direct accomplices with the 52-year-old, were responsible for the transport, storage and trafficking of quantities of cocaine and raw cannabis, quantities which they sometimes stored inside the Holy Temple in Attica, taking advantage of their status as priests. They also undertook the illegal trafficking – transport of migrants inside the Greek territory under the guidance of the 52-year-old and the 42-year-old.
Second arm of the criminal organization
- 50-year-old, as a leading member for the second arm of the criminal organization, was responsible for the full guidance of the members of the second sub-group, while still being responsible for the allocation of financial resources for the needs of the organization, responsible for finding suitable sites for the establishment of cannabis seedling plantations, as well as responsible for supplying all members of the organization within the site of the cannabis seedling plantation with the necessary supplies through the 42-year-old. He was also responsible for finding and storing quantities of narcotics in a suitable hiding place until they were trafficked.
- The 42-year-old (connecting link), as a direct accomplice with the 50-year-old, was responsible for the supply and transport of all the necessary supplies to the members of the second arm of the criminal organization, within the area of the cannabis seedling plantation, as well as for the transport of the quantities of raw cannabis that had been collected from a plantation in the area of Fthiotida.
- The 43-year-old, as a direct accomplice of the 50-year-old, was responsible for the storage and safekeeping of quantities of raw cannabis and cocaine.
As part of the police operations, at midday on 07/11/2025 in the area of Rhodes, the 40-year-old was arrested by police officers of the Narcotics Prosecution Department of the Sub-Directorate of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes of Rhodes, as he was found to be in possession on behalf of the other members of the criminal organization, -2- improvised nylon packages containing cocaine, with a total weight of -2,188- grams, which he would deliver for the purpose of further trafficking to a 38-year-old man, who was similarly arrested.
Subsequently, in the midday and afternoon hours of 07/11/2025 in lawful searches inside apartments, in areas of Athens, the 43-year-old, the 42-year-old and the 52-year-old were found to be in possession on behalf of the other members of the criminal organization for the purpose of trafficking nylon packages containing raw cannabis of a total weight -9,092.6- grams, as well as a quantity of cocaine -50- grams.
In total, from the searches carried out in houses, as well as from the possession of the arrested, the following were found and confiscated:
- cocaine weighing -2,238- grams,
- raw hemp weighing -9,092.6- grams,
- -14- pharmaceutical preparation packages,
- -9- mobile telephone devices,
- -4- precision electronic scales,
- mobile phone signal interference device (jammer),
- the amount of -4,380- euros and -24,500- Albanian Lek,
- -4- I.X.E. cars and
- multitude of nylon packages.
The illegal financial benefit obtained by the members of the organization is estimated at at least -105,000- euros.
It is noted that 7 of the 8 defendants have been employed in the past for similar and other crimes, while restrictive conditions have been imposed on two of them.
Those arrested with the case filed against them – as the case may be – for violating the legislation on drugs and foreigners, were taken to the competent prosecuting authority and referred to an Investigator.
