OFI was penalized with -3 points, with the Super League activating the point deduction penalty, following the decision of the EPO Arbitration Court.
The Cretans will have to pay off Thanasis Papazoglou within the next five business days if they want to get their points back.
OFI has already appealed to CAS for the case.

The Super League announcement
“It is announced that in execution of the decision No. 51/2025 of the Arbitration Court of Football of the EPO and after the five (5) working day deadline that the Court ordered to PAE OFI for the payment of the awarded monetary claim of the applicant Athanasios Papazoglou, PAE OFI will be deducted three (3) points from the relevant scoreboard.
It is noted that, according to the relevant Regulation of Property & Transfers of the EPO (article 25 par. 3), if the PAE O.F.I. makes the payment to the applicant, within the next five (5) working days, the said three (3) points will be returned”.
