Marginal drop recorded the values of shares In the closure of today’s session (27.3.2025) Athens Shipownerin the midst of a negative climate in European markets, which are back in the wake of the 25% duty on cars not manufactured in the US.
More specifically, the Athens Stock Exchange’s General Index closed at 1,746.18 points, with a marginal decline of 0.03%. Intra-conference recorded lower price at 1,734.03 points (-0.72%) and a higher price at 1,749.55 points (+0.16%). The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 248.83 million, with 41,326,716 shares.
The high capitalization index fell marginal at 0.03%, while the medium capitalization index was marginally reinforced by 0.05%. Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Titan (+3.90%), PPA (+2.64%), AIA (+2.29%), Metlen Energy & Metals (+1.86%), Piraeus (+1.47%) and OPAP (+1.41%) were the largest.
On the other hand, the biggest decline was the stocks of National (-2.05%), Eurobank (-1.92%), PPC (-1.74%), Viohalco (-1.30%) and Alpha Bank (-1.04%).
The largest volume of trading was presented by Piraeus and Alpha Bank by handing 10,049,991 and 7,643,922 shares, respectively
Piraeus scored the highest value of transactions with € 55.13 million and National with EUR 26.56 million.
36 shares were up, 65 and 22 remained stable.
The shares rose the most: Titan (+3.90%) and Akritas (+3.31%).
The biggest decline was recorded by the shares: Cepver (-9.62%) and ELVE (-7.96%).
