Mafia attack on Oropo occurred at noon on Saturday, October 25, when four hooded men broke into hairdresser and viciously attacked its 28-year-old owner.
According to the first information from oropos365, the perpetrators broke into the hair salon in Oropos holding clubs and a hammer, beating the victim furiously on the head and all over his body.
The scenes that unfolded were shocking, while eyewitnesses report that everything happened within a few seconds.
The four men fled in an unknown direction, leaving behind the seriously injured young man.
Immediately, patrol cars and forces of the DI.AS team arrived at the scene, which have cordoned off the area.
Authorities have launched a manhunt to locate and arrest them.
The 28-year-old was transported by EKAV ambulance to an Athens hospital in a critical condition, while the authorities are investigating all possibilities, even that of personal disputes or settlement of accounts.
The case is causing shock and intense concern to the residents of Oropos, as it is an attack with characteristics of mafia energy, which occurred in broad daylight in a densely populated area.
