An extension until 15 November was given on Friday (24.10.2025) for the submission of declarations You are nowhere 2025 (use 2024). The original deadline was Friday, October 31. The declaration is submitted through the electronic platform www.pothen.gr.
Following an amendment submitted to the Parliament to the Ministry of Health’s bill entitled “Regulations for the strengthening of public health and the upgrading of health services”, the time for submission of Pothen Esches declarations 2025 (year 2024) is extended until November 15 and the submission is made through the www.pothen.gr platform.
The steps
Login to the platform with TaxisNet codes:
– Automatic extraction of data from all banks.
– Check and complete the data, adding what is missing
– Justification of the origin of money: each amount must be accompanied by the relevant explanation (salary, rent, asset sale, etc.)
– Check real estate and vehicles for any differences with the actual situation.
– Submission of a declaration by the spouse or partner, if required.
The changes
This year’s application process is different. The most substantial change is the automatic extraction of data of debtors, banking and investors, who using TaxisNet codes can extract data on deposits, loans and investments directly from the interconnected banks.
A crucial point is the responsibility of the declarant, despite the automation, the responsibility for the correctness of the data remains with the user. Errors or omissions may result in checks with retroactive effect.
Spouses and partners, even if they do not directly belong to the liable categories, must submit a separate declaration. Failure to submit will result in fines.
