From the storms and the rains that will hit our country from today (23.10.2025) until tomorrow, Friday, at the weekend we return to summer conditions that will last a maximum of 3 days. Those who march or find themselves at its events October 28thshould be stocked with boots, umbrellas and raincoats as they will manifest again rains.
THE Thodoris Kolydas with his post on social media he warns that the weather on Thursday and Friday will be rainy with storms occurring in central, the south, the west, the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese.
From the weekend, the weather is expected to improve, while the temperature will also rise, reaching up to 29 degrees Celsius. All this until Tuesday, October 28, 2025, when the skies will open again and the temperature will take a new plunge due to a Balkan front that will hit our country.

“Lots of rain and storms today in the west (strong in Zakynthos Kefalonia, west Pel/so) which tomorrow will gradually extend further east affecting the central, southern and eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese. On Friday, the unsettled weather will be maintained in the Western and Eastern Aegean, while at the weekend the weather will improve throughout the country.
On Tuesday, the weather will deteriorate again from the north. The temperature will not change until Saturday, but on Sunday and Monday it rises noticeably, reaching 26 to 27 degrees, while locally in northern Crete it reaches even 29 degrees Celsius due to the southerlies (downwinds). In the west, the Cyclades and the eastern Aegean clouds with rain and sporadic storms. Until the afternoon in the Cyclades and until late afternoon in the islands of the Eastern Aegean the effects will be strong in places. In the rest of the country, clouds in places increased with local rains and possible isolated storms.
Visibility in the morning and evening hours will be locally limited and in continental areas fog will form in places.
Winds will blow from south directions 3 to 5 and in the Aegean locally 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably. It will reach 22 degrees in the west and north, 23 to 24 in the rest of the regions and 25 degrees Celsius locally in the Dodecanese.
Attica
Weather: Scattered clouds in places denser with local rains or showers in the midday and afternoon hours.
Winds: South 3 to 4 and east 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 15 to 24 degrees Celsius.
Thessaloniki
Weather: Intermittently increasing clouds with a chance of light local rain until the afternoon.
Winds: Variable 2 to 3 and from the afternoon southeast to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 14 to 22 degrees Celsius.
Macedonia – Thrace
Weather: Intermittently increased clouds with local rains mainly in the east and on the coasts of Thrace isolated storms. Gradual weakening of the phenomena from the afternoon.
Winds: Southerly 2 to 4 and from the afternoon in the east to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 10 to 22 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 2 to 3 degrees lower.

Weather: Scattered clouds in places denser with local rains or showers until late afternoon and possibly brief thunderstorms in the midday hours mainly in the south.
Winds: From south directions 3 to 4 and in the east and south local 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 13 to 24 degrees Celsius.
Cyclades – Crete
Weather: In the Cyclades, clouds temporarily increased with rain and sporadic storms, possibly strong until the afternoon. In Crete, sparse clouds temporarily thicker with the possibility of local rains in the west.
Winds: In the Cyclades south southwest 4 to 5 and locally 6 Beaufort. In Crete southern 3 to 4 and locally 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 16 to 22 and in Crete up to 24 degrees Celsius.
Eastern Aegean Islands – Dodecanese
Weather: On the islands of the Eastern Aegean, rains and sporadic storms, possibly strong until the late afternoon. In the Dodecanese, clouds increased in places with local rains.
Winds: South southwest 3 to 5 and gradually in the islands of the eastern Aegean up to 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 15 to 22 and in the Dodecanese from 18 to 25 degrees Celsius.

The weather on Friday 10-24-2025
In the Ionian, the western mainland, the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese, clouds in places increased with local rains and in the northwest sporadic storms. The phenomena from the afternoon in most areas will stop.
In the rest of the country, there will be light clouds that will gradually thicken and mainly in eastern Macedonia and Thrace, temporary local rains will occur.
Visibility in the morning and evening hours will be locally limited.
Winds will blow from west directions 4 to 6 and in the Aegean southwest to 7 Beaufort.
The temperature will rise and reach 23 to 25 in the west and north and 25 to 27 degrees Celsius in the rest of the regions.

Generally clear weather with a few clouds, temporarily increased in the northwest where there is a chance of a few light rains.
Visibility in the morning hours will be locally limited.

Generally clear weather with a few clouds, temporarily increased in the western and northern continental areas.
Winds will initially blow west 3 to 5 Beaufort and gradually from noon south with the same intensity.

Initially in the northern Ionian, Epirus and western Sterea and gradually and in the northern mainland increased clouds with local rains and from the afternoon and isolated storms.
