His mother’s death after a battle with cancer was announced by a post on Instagram by Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Konstantinos Kyranakis.
“Good paradise manula .. you left for the sky to rest and take care of us from above,” he writes in his post accompanying two photos. In the first his mother hugs him and in the second he is next to him with the same baby.
“Thank you for growing me up with so much patience and power. Thank you for taught me to live without ever stopping the effort. Thank you for teaching me to have faith in God. Cancer didn’t beat you, you won because you didn’t let him deprive you of being loved until the last hour. You were strong and proud. I will love you forever. ”Mr Kyranakis concludes.
