Fines and sanctions
The new “Penal” provides for strict sanctions:
-From 250 to 1,000 euros for uninsured vehicles:
-1,000 euros for buses and public use trucks
-500 euros for passengers
-250 euros for bicycles
-Advanced amount equal to traffic charges (plus annual fees) if a debt is found at least one year.
-up to 3,400 euros for vehicles that have not passed KTEO.
