Mitsotakis will meet Zacharakis today – at the table the gaps in schools

With the aim of claiming further credits in order to fill the gaps in schools, the Minister of Education, will meet within the day. Sofia Zacharaki with the prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the Maximus Mansion.

More specifically, demonstrating rapidly reflexes and looking forward to the most immediate filling of gaps in the country’s school units, the Minister of Education sought to meet today with the prime minister, in which he is expected to seek more credits to hire about 500 teachers.

The meeting, which will take place early in the afternoon, will be attended by, among other things, Mr. PierrakakisMr. SketchMr. ChatzidakisMr. MarinakisMr. Petralias and K. Papathanassis.

It is recalled that, so far, about 37,000 teachers have been recruited and around 35,000 seats have been filled in schools. Moving dynamically, the Ministry of Education intends to fill the rest of the gaps, and to exceed 40,000 recruitments in total.
