In terms of real estate sales, the Municipality of Athens is in the first place according to the registry data as 1,986 real estate sales were made with total value as reflected in contracts exceeding 225 million euros. The most expensive transfers are found in Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Voula, Kifissia, Paleo Psychiko and Filothei.
