Tsipras for beer with Greek students in the Sorbonne – I solved a lot of questions and got a lot of chatting, he says

Meeting with Greek students in the Sorbonne who attended his speech was Alexis Tsipras, who spoke with them everything that is happening in Greece.

In a post, the former prime minister writes that he came out with them after speaking to Paris “to answer them every question, but mainly for listening to them.”

“Their interest in everything that is happening in Greece was vivid,” he writes and concludes in French: “à bientôt, les enfants!” (“In the reintegration, children”).

In his post, the former prime minister writes:

After my speech and answers to the questions of the Sorbonne students, a group of Greeks studying in various schools at the most historic University of France, had many more to ask me.

I just asked them to go back to the hotel to change and go drink a beer together. To answer them every question, but mainly to hear them.

Their interest in everything that is happening in Greece was lively. For political life, economy, corruption and decency, for the country’s overall perspective. With a clear look and genuine anxiety about the tomorrow of our homeland, which is their own tomorrow.

In the end, I was probably the one who resolved questions and got more than this meeting.

See you soon, children!
