The Criminal Organization, whose members were involved in the commitment of thefts and deception, was abducted by the Criminal Prosecution and Delineation of the Criminal Crimes of Northeast Attica against mainly older people, pretending to be the officials of the DEDDE. and accountants, in various areas of Attica.
The case was arrested by -3-nationals, members of the organization (56, 39 and 22 years), and in the case file formed against them for- as a case-by-case- a criminal organization committed by distinguished thefts and frauds, performed and attempts, by co-conspiracy, and by co-conspiracy, They were organized, with the aim of committing thefts and the total value of the deducted items exceeds 120,000 euros, money laundering, robbery, acceptance and disposal of crime products, computer fraud, non -issuance of identity card, providing other mobile or immovable property Activities of the organization, violence against officials and judicial persons, as well as apathy are included, other associates who have been identified and sought.
For the deconstruction of the organization, the early hours of Monday, September 29, 2025, was held in the early hours of Monday, September 29, 2025, in the wider area of West Attica (Ano Liosia, Acharnai and Zefyri), with the assistance of police officers of the Departments of Prosecution and Criminal Courts. -3 -members of the organization.

Specifically, the members of the organization were theft against mainly elderly people, under the guise of officials of DEDIE. or accountants in various areas of Attica and used a specific methodology for this purpose.
The organization was divided into subgroups, the team of the “telephone approach”, which operated from a specific area that served as a “call center-headquarters” and the “Field Business Teams”.
The first team had a leading and guiding role in the organization. Its members, men and women, using as a “strategic” center in the areas of Ano Liosia and Zefyri, undertook telephone communication with target citizens. They were called by randomly citizens, mainly elderly people belonging to a vulnerable and sensitive group of population, whose elements were probably aware of telephone lists and recommended as DEDIE employees. or accountants. Subsequently, citing either a leakage of a power in the home of the sufferers, or to impose a supposed fine by the Tax Office, they misleading them, falsely presenting them that it was possible to resolve the problem of the leak either remotely or through a visit to allegedly technical employees.
In this way, they were persuaded to gather jewelry, valuables and funds in foil or pelvis and then urged them to place them at specific points inside or outside their home, which were indicated by telephone.
Subsequently, one of the available “Field Operational Groups”, which were tasked with the physical transition to the victim’s home to perform the theft. The members of these groups were at the same time operating in different areas, under the command and guidance of the “telephone” group. By using “operational” vehicles, if the citizen was persuaded, they headed directly to his home and awaited near it. They took on specific roles, with some of them entering the home and removing the value of value and money and the rest remaining outside the houses, within the “operational” vehicles, overseeing the surrounding area.
An indication of the bravery and cruelty of the accused is the fact that in the event of the elderly refusal to allow them to enter the house, the perpetrators did not hesitate to use violence and repel the elderly in order to complete their illegal act, which raised their health and health.
It is noted that the members of the organization, from 20-06-2025 to 08-09-2025, committed a total of a robbery and -47-theft, of which -5-attempts, with the overall economic benefit of the Organization to exceed -2.186.250 euros.
From the investigations carried out in the houses, in the presence of judicial officers, inter alia, they found and confiscated:

In this context, additional -3s were arrested, including a minor who did not belong to the criminal organization, at the expense of which independent files were filed for violating weapons legislation.
It should be noted that the 22 -year -old was arrested by police officers from the Northeast Attica Crimes Prosecution and Criminal Crimes, as he was found to be driving a “business” car with -2- and refused to stop control.
