In an atmosphere with a royal and intense political symbolism, the dinner held by King Frederick and Queen Mary of Denmark, at the Amalienborg Palace of Copenhagen, in honor of 50 leaders of the EU state and governments.
European leaders are in the Danish capital for the 7th European Political Community Summit, focusing on strengthening Ukraine, European security and Europe’s role in an ever -changing geopolitical environment.
High prestigious appearances
The president of the Commission Ursula von der Layen, European Council President Antonio Costa, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, European Parliament President Roberta Metzola, Greek Prime Minister, Greek Prime Minister, Greek Prime Minister, was present at the dinner. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Kir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Mertz, Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and many other leaders.



According to Billed-bladet magazine, the evening was described as a “work dinner”, with a professional costume code. King Frederick appeared in a suit instead of military costume, while Queen Mary chose an elegant cream set with a black jacket. Most female leaders were in the same style, with Ursula von der Lien and Georgia Meloni choosing beige shades.

In his speech, Frederick sent a message of unity and responsibility: “As Europeans, we keep part of his life in the hands of one another. And we owe it to the past, in our present and future to bear this responsibility with care. The world is changing, the security and values of Europe are under pressure. None of us can face these challenges alone. “
