By presidential decree of Donald Trump which was issued today (01.10.2025) by the White House, the USA They are committed to providing security guarantees in Qatar, one of Washington’s most important allies in the Gulf.

The Israel made an unprecedented attack on Qatar on 9 September 2025targeting Hamas officials who had a meeting in a residential complex in the heart of Doha, the capital of this Gulf country.
The attack caused a rare reproach by US President Donald Trump, an ally of Israel, who expressed a “great dissatisfaction” against the Israeli government.

Executive Decree states that ‘Washington will consider any armed attack on soilher sovereignty or critical infrastructure of the state Qatar as threatening for the peace and the aaFalia USA”.
In case of attack, The US government will take “all legal and appropriate measures”including military action, is noted.
During a telephone communication yesterday Monday (29.09.21025), by the White House, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized to Qatar’s counterpart.
The next day, Qatar claimed to have received security assurances from the US and a promise from Israel that will not attack the country again.
