Odessa: “drowned” by floods, 9 dead – videos with desperate attempts to be saved to be saved

Dramatic moments pass the inhabitants in Odessa of Ukraine where 9 people, among them a child lost their lives because of the heavy rainfall, Rescue services announced today.

The mayor of Odessa Gennadi Trouhanov had stated over the night that in seven hours a quantity of water fell in the city of water which was normally recorded in two months. “No network of rainwater can withstand such volume,” he added.

These floods occurred at a time when Ukraine continues to target daily bombings from Russia.

In Hersona a man was killed this morning by a Russian attack, according to the local military administration.

In Kharkov, authorities spoke of severe blows over the night, which injured six people, including one police officer.
