The 46th ‘Career dayThe public employment agency organizes on Saturday 4 October (October 4DEPA) at the Municipal Market of Agrinio (9 Skaltsodimou, PC 30131), from 10:00 to 18:00, offering citizens of employment and professional networking opportunities.
As stated in a DBA announcement, 33 businesses will participate in the “Career Days” in search of candidates for more than 1,000 jobs covering a wide range of specialties, from high to lower specialization.

Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know businesses, examine positions that fit their qualifications, and participate in immediate selection interviews. For their better preparation, they are invited to have several copies of their resume with them.
At the same time, throughout the event, specialized executives of the Middle and Large Business Service Unit (MEMME) will inform citizens of the actions and initiatives of the DBA supporting those in the job search process.
Participating companies are active in sectors such as: wholesale and retail food trade, aquaculture, tourism, education, development of technical projects and infrastructure, dairy production and marketing industries, commerce of structural materials and woods, textile and poultry farming.
The specialties sought with are different levels of education and specialization. Among other things, requested:
- electricians and mechanical engineers,
- Food technologists, electricians, plumbers, craftsmen, machine operators,
- teachers, telephone and technical support consultants, office employees, nurses,
- sellers, warehouse employees, drivers, Clark operators, production workers,
- as well as positions throughout the range of tourism and hospitality.
