Pending the new timetable of AADE For the second phase of the Digital Shipment Note, following his announcement by George Pitsilis, which concerns thousands of freelancers and business.
Until the official announcement of AADE, businesses will follow the current framework governing the Digital Shipping Release and the inventory controls continue normally.
Recall that the first phase became mandatory from 2.6.2025 for first -time businesses. For other businesses, the first phase remains optional up to 30.11.2025 and is mandatory from 1.12.2025. Phase II was optional for everyone from 1.8.2025 to 30.11.2025 and compulsory from 1.12.2025.
However, following the public reference of the AADE Governor on 24.09.2025, the compulsory start of the second phase (which was 1.12.2025) is postponed and a new timetable will be announced.
This does not mean, of course, that professionals should not be ready to ensure the smooth transition to the new regime. The latter provides for the registration of the actual start time and completion, loading and delivery sites, vehicle traffic number, as well as the VAT of those involved (sender, recipient, carrier). The receipt will be confirmed by the recipient via QR to close the circle without gaps.
The above relates to technicians and workshops carrying materials, professionals with warehouse and wholesale missions, small constructions and construction sites. It also refers to courier missions and fuel trafficking.
Traffic without the right document costs expensive, with strict controls and fines. The logic of the second phase is not to remain “open” traditions.
