The new digital insurance profile brings together all critical information on the citizen in a single, easy -to -use and safe platform, offering transparency, speed and simplification of processes. Entrance to Dashboard is performed through refreshed E-EFKA websiteusing Taxisnet personal codes and confirmation of OTP code, ensuring strict security and protection of personal data.

The platform gathers all the necessary information and all critical social security data: debts, contributions, requests, pension benefits, a history of insurance and personal information, with the ability to update and print certificates.

For the first time, each insured person can have a complete picture of his or her insurance history, update his / her information, issue certificates and monitor applications and benefits with only a few “clicks”.

With Dashboard – MyEfka, citizens have the opportunity, among other things:

  • To gain direct access to their full insurance history and all relevant certificates.
  • Be informed in real time on the course of their applications and requests.
  • Issue and print immediate insurance certificates.
  • Submit applications for benefits, benefits or modifications of data through simplified procedures.
  • Monitor their contributions, arrears and pay them through the Iris platform.
  • Have direct access to pension notes and disability data where necessary.

The new platform is part of the four strategic initiatives for the digital modernization of the body, implemented by the leadership of the Ministry of Labor in collaboration with the E-EFKA administration. These initiatives include: upgrading KEPA, digitization of archival material, Dashboard and the new integrated information system, which is expected to be fully operational in 2026.

With this initiative, E-EFKA confirms his role as a pioneer in the digital modernization of the state, proving that technology can become an ally of the citizen and transparency.
