Today the Mitsotakis speech to the UN-What he discussed with the president of the F-35 and the F-16s Manufacturer

Speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly will be addressed this afternoon (18:45 Greek time) by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, thus completing his presence in New York.

In his speech, the prime minister is expected to refer to the fluid international and regional geopolitical environment, in place of Greece as a pillar of stability within it, as well as the challenges and dangers from Ukraine to the Middle East.

It is noted that shortly before the UN speech, Mr Mitsotakis will meet with UN Secretary -General Antonio Guterres.

The meeting with the president of the F-35 and F-16s manufacturer

Yesterday, Thursday, the Greek Prime Minister in the context of his contacts in the US met with Lockheed Martin President Michael Williamson and ExxonMobil Vice President John Ardill.

According to government sources, at a meeting with Lockheed Martin president, the excellent cooperation, and smooth progress in both the F16 upgrade program and the F35 program, were confirmed.

At the same time at the meeting with Exxon Mobil Vice President, energy cooperation in the Eastern Mediterranean was discussed.
