New concept shopping presents the Crediabank At its new start, according to Bank CEO Eleni Brettou, yesterday (24.9.2025) the inauguration of the first banking store on Skoufa 3 in Kolonaki Street.
“We first bring Greece to Greece a new concept of store that focuses on the customer, prioritizing his own convenience and best service. For us, our new store in Skoufa is the beginning of our new story, “said Crediabank CEO.
“Every new principle has challenges, such as those we have recently managed by completing our functional unification, but also unique opportunities, such as the one, where we redefine the bank -customer relationship by returning to the basic parameter: human contact, immediacy, trust relationship,” she explained.
The store on Skoufa Street is its first Crediabank in Attica with the new operating model. The stores of the University and Halandri will follow, as well as points in Crete and Thessaloniki, with the aim of renovating the entire network by the end of 2026.
The new philosophy comes to complement the anthropocentric approach already implemented in the bank’s stores, that is, an entry without appointments and funds that operate all day, for immediate service.
A key to the design of stores is accessibility for everyone. New experience stores have been designed in collaboration with specialized advisers to serve and facilitate transactions of everyone, including those facing vision, hearing, mobility or people in the autism spectrum, utilizing technology and special infrastructure.
“With the new concept of stores we are presenting we create the banking” home “of our customers for the future,” commented Crediabank’s General Manager of Retail Banking and Property Management, Mr. Stylianos Eliades, stressing that “in a world that is changing our rapidly, guide remains.”
It is worth noting that the cost of renovation, depending on the size of each store, is estimated between 250,000 and 400,000 euros.
By the end of October, the replacement of Attica Bank with crediabank is expected to be completed in all network stores (65), and a new communication campaign will begin by the end of the same month. The bank’s full automation program in both stores and online and mobile services is also underway, and a new range of products and services will be launched in the near future.
