OR New Zealand sealed the ticket for the Mundial 2026. The country of Oceania will compete for the first time in a world championship after 15 years.
The New Zealand national team, with Mark Stamenic of Olympiacos once again, easily defeated New Caledonia 3-0 and secured its participation, from the Oceania zone, in the final of the 2026 World Cup, which will take place in the US, Canada.
The winners also competed by the expatriate Costas Barbarousis, who passed as a change in Wood in the 55th minute and five minutes later his team’s second goal.
