THE OTE He announced today (19.9.2025) that he signed agreements with Vodafone Romania and Digi Romania for the sale of his 100% subsidiary, Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM), for a total price of EUR 70 million.
In detail the announcement of OTE: The Telecommunications Organization of Greece SA (OTE), announces that he signed binding agreements with Vodafone Romania SA (Vodafone) and Digi Romania SA (Digi) for the sale of 100% subsidiary Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM or Company), followed by the approval of the Romanian Commission Commission 2025 (Transaction), as follows:
- TKRM will transfer the card branch, certain rights to the spectrum, as well as part of the mobile base stations portfolio.
- OTE will sell to Vodafone its share of TKRM (TKRM’s total share capital minus 7 shares owned by SN RadiocomnicaČ›ii), with the exception of the above assets to be transferred to Digi.
The total price is EUR 70 million and is subject to ordinary adjustments when closing the transaction, such as net lending, capital capital and other costs & expenses/forecasts (” net revenue ”). Completion of the transaction is expected in early October 2025.
After the transaction is completed, net revenue will be distributed to OTE shareholders.
