Kyranakis: The operation of the complaint platform report.oasa.gr has begun operation.

“We want citizens to show us the problems so that we can solve them”

The new digital platform for Complaints to OASA Report.oasa.gr The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure & Transport presented this morning Konstantinos Kyranakis. This platform allows citizens to record and submit quickly and reliably the problems they face during the use of public transport.

To facilitate the process, follow the basic steps of use:

1. Entrance to the platform: From any computer or mobile, enter the report.oasa.gr.

2. Transfer Media: After the homepage appears, click on the “Start here” button and select the medium by which you traveled (Bus, Trolley, Subway, Electric or Tram).

3. Determination of a complaint: In the next screen, select the category that best describes the problem you have encountered – e.g. Route delay, itinerary cancellation, poor vehicle or stop, inappropriate personnel behavior or other.

4. Location and Time Items: Select the exact location of the incident on the map or type the address. Complete the date and time of the event as well as the line or station number if available.

5. Description and evidence: Briefly describe the problem in the appropriate field and, if necessary, attach photos or other items (eg photo or vehicle photo).

6. Contact details: Complete your personal information (name, phone, email). These information is essential for any clarifications and to find out about the development of the complaint.

7. Submission: Check the items you have entered and press “Submit” to send the complaint. You will receive confirmation that the recording has been received.

The reports submitted will be automatically forwarded to the competent body (OSY SA for Bus and Trolley or STASY SA for Metro, Tram and Electric) in order to investigate and take appropriate measures.

In a statement, the Deputy Minister stresses: “From this morning passengers have report.oasa.gr, a platform where they can in a matter of seconds can be organized any problems in buses, trolleys, subway, tram or electricity: Citizen may monitor the evolution of his report and attach photos or videos for a more complete record. We want citizens to indicate our problems so that we can solve them. “
