Low interest in acquiring the public travelers – extension of the deadline for submitting applications

It is noteworthy that out of 5,260 applications, only a limited rate has gone to the approval stage, with the most involving areas in the Prefecture of Attica.

The process of submitting applications was due to be completed on September 30 and October 31, 2025, depending on the area where the public land is located.

The price is calculated on the basis of the objective values ​​of the real estate and social criteria (for vulnerable groups, many children, people with disabilities). The redemption price provides discounts that reach up to 80% depending on the applicant’s personal and family status.

Also, a discount is applied:

  • 50% if the individual has been first recognized as the owner of the property.
  • 50% if the individual has been listed as a master in the first cadastral registrations and has been treated by the State or the deadline for lodging a lawsuit has not expired.
  • 70% if he has a judicial decision against a judicial decision to recognize the ownership of the property by 31-12-2022.
  • 80% of the fair value for a property that covers the housing needs of the applicant (or the original lawyer) as a result of mass establishment of population groups prior to 1964.

The price is paid either by a 10%discount, or in part in up to 60 interest -free monthly installments, with a minimum of 100 euros per month.
