The need to strengthen Europe’s technological autonomy, the more effective management of its data and the promotion of policies that will strengthen the resistance to a time of geopolitical challenges have been a topic of discussion between its members’ representatives European Union who participated in the Workshop held in Vienna.

“Greece is determined to contribute to all these areas and bring quick and tangible results.
Secondly, we need to enhance innovation and economic competitiveness so that the “Made in Europe” solutions become competitive internationally. The forthcoming European data strategy is expected to play a decisive role, allowing, among other things, in European linguistic models (LLMS) to draw from cultural heritage and less languages used.
Thirdly, we must preserve democracy by facing misinformation in the Deepfakes era and protecting rights in a digital environment co -shaped by TN.
There is a need to pursue a combination of independence with openness, innovation with confidence and values with competitiveness. This is a difficult task, but we will be actively contributing to this common European journey. “
The meeting was essentially an opportunity to prepare for the informal telecommunications board to take place on October 9-10 in Denmark.
