Following is the Technical Shipment – Delayed of course. Diagnosis; Damage to cables, OTE needs. And then the OTE technician appears, who instead of making the problem … demolished the rest. Beyond that, a new round of telephone contacts (from mobile of course, because fixed … end).
Two weeks later, the “saving day”: The Nova technician found that the OTE technician did not do the job properly. And now? We are expecting a technical again. Circle without end, like a bad remake of “Marmot Day”.
And all this from companies selling “optical fibers” and “avant -garde”, who scratch the consumer and collect from the recovery fund. In practice, it takes five minutes to solve the issue – but to understand who will pass it … is a mission impossible.
If it weren’t tragic, it would be just an excellent comedy of bureaucracy, incompetence and indifference to consumer Made in Greece.
