The confrontation between the Zoe Konstantopoulou and Union of Judges and Prosecutors (SAD) It looks like it is now in another dimension. According to protothema.gr, on September 10, the president of the Freedom Cruise came to GADA, accompanied by her lawyer and filed a lawsuit for slander to the detriment of all members of the Board of Directors of the Union. This move comes in response to the announcement issued by the SAD on June 30, on the occasion of what happened at the Trimeli Court of Appeal in Lamia during the Corconea case. Without naming it, the Union described a series of behaviors that, according to the judges, obstruct the process and created an image of depreciation of the seat. That announcement, with the characteristic title “Third World Situations in the Greek Courts – the situation is now uncontrolled”, referred to “images of shame” and “tramping” in the room. He referred to repetitive insults against the composition of the court, in “shame – shame” voices, even a incident where the civil lawsuit phoned the police through the courtroom, calling for the arrest of the regular judges and the prosecutor.
Although Zoe Konstantopoulou’s name was not explicitly mentioned, the descriptions were considered to be “photographed” directly, as she had taken on a role in civil action in Corconea case.
