“Yesterday I returned home after a few days of hospitalization. A chest discomfort, a coronary, two stents, ending a cigarette, we caught up, all right. I am already circulating between you. But I want to share this experience, not just to let you know that I am well, but also because I think we often need to talk openly about such issues.
First of all, a big thank you to all of you who have communicated, worried, thought of me and all that. It’s really supported and I don’t get it at all for granted.
And a big thank you to doctors and nursing staff in Onassios.
This experience reminded me of something we all know but often neglect: how important our health is.
In everyday life, in rhythm and pressures, we tend to put aside the warning signs. We hear the “bells”, pretend to be there, we push them below. And yet, these bell sounds are our body that speaks.

We don’t have to live with fear. But we need to live with care.
