Gabriel Sakellaridis after the stenting intervention: “End the cigarette, we caught up”

THE Gabriel Sakellaridis He posted a post on his Facebook account, which refers to the adventure he lived. It is noted that days ago underwent surgery for Stent.

‘A chest discomfort, a coronary; two stentsending the cigarette, we caught up, all right. I am already circulating between you, ”, He writes.

And continues: «This experience reminded me of something we all know but We often neglect: How important is our health. “

“We hear the” bells “, we pretend that they don’t exist, we push them below. And yet, these bell sounds are our body that speaks. If we ignore them, at some point it will shout louder, and this can cost very expensive to us and our own people. We don’t have to live with fear. But we need to live with care. We are moving stronger, more conscious and, I hope, more careful with what really counts. “

His entire post:

“Yesterday I returned home after a few days of hospitalization. A chest discomfort, a coronary, two stents, ending a cigarette, we caught up, all right. I am already circulating between you. But I want to share this experience, not just to let you know that I am well, but also because I think we often need to talk openly about such issues.

First of all, a big thank you to all of you who have communicated, worried, thought of me and all that. It’s really supported and I don’t get it at all for granted.

And a big thank you to doctors and nursing staff in Onassios.

This experience reminded me of something we all know but often neglect: how important our health is.

In everyday life, in rhythm and pressures, we tend to put aside the warning signs. We hear the “bells”, pretend to be there, we push them below. And yet, these bell sounds are our body that speaks.

If we ignore them, at some point it will shout louder, and this can cost very expensive to us and our own people.

We don’t have to live with fear. But we need to live with care.

To listen to ourselves, to do the necessary exams, not to postpone things that can protect us. And of course, remember that life is not a given. It is also a stake and if it goes through our power – because we know it doesn’t always go through – let’s do what we can protect it.

Thank you all for love and support.

We are moving stronger, more conscious and, I hope, more careful with what really counts.
