The 5 basic steps to complete the process

  1. The notary creates the digital folder on the platform akinita.gov.gr, introducing the taxpayers’ VAT ID (eg buyer and seller) and invites the Contracting Parties to accept the transfer request and provide the necessary authorizations.
  2. Citizens receive a notice via SMS or email and give the notary to manage the folder via taxisnet.

The supporting documents

  • Tax Information Proof: Dumped from the AADE Tax Information System.
  • Insurance Proof: Dumped by E-EFKA, if the conditions are met.
  • Certificate of Certificate of Identity of Building/Divided Property: Dumped through interoperability with the TEE.
