The EDY considers it possible to diagnose further outbreaks in the coming period. As he notes, as the epidemiology of the virus is determined by many factors, the virus circulation areas and the potential incidence areas in each transmission period cannot be safely predicted.
Epidemiological surveillance of the disease, the timely application of appropriate integrated mosquito combat programs and the taking of personal protection against mosquitoes are the most appropriate measures to control the disease. In this context, it is necessary to alert health professionals and on the one hand the continued alertness of local and national authorities.
