THE Minister of DevelopmentTakis Theodorikakos, accepting his request Association of Pharmaceutical Enterprises of Greece (SFEE) and the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceuticals (PCF), proceeds with legislation to extend the deadline for the General Assemblies of the Legal Entities of the industry for the year 2025, by 50 calendar days.
The request of the pharmaceutical industry bodies is based on the inability to finalize financial statements within the specified deadlines due to the delay in issuing the clawback notes for hospital pharmaceutical costs of 2024.
The relevant arrangement extends all the deadlines linked to the submission of practical assemblies and the approved financial statements in the General Trade Register (GEMI).
