We are not miracles, but if you want a serious and reliable government, the New Democracy is the only political force that can steadily keep the steering wheel of the place. “

Referring to the “package” announced by the prime minister on Saturday at the TIF, Mr Hatzidakis pointed out that these were interventions planned for a long time. “These are things we owed to society. It is the result of the pro -development policy that the government has applied, and on the other hand the actions that I personally promoted as Minister of National Economy and Finance from 2023 onwards to address tax evasion. We started with the logic of developing and restricting tax evasion. Now is the time of the middle class, not only for the employees, but also for retirees, freelancers, villages and islands. “
The deputy prime minister stressed that the government’s message is more complete than that of the opposition, which had been confined to the demand for 13th wage in the public sector. “We cover civil servants with the reduction of taxation and wage increases to follow, as well as special salaries, without leaving aside private employees, freelancers, exchanges, old men and families with children in general.”
Asked about the polls, he stressed that both in Greece and abroad, it has been observed that many governments in the middle of their term are behind the main opposition party. “We’re not talking about it here.
