Faced with a heavy wave bad weather are many areas in Sweden – Heavy rainfall has caused serious movement problems.
Many roads flooded and trains were blocked in northeast Sweden due to heavy rainfall, the transport service said today.
Traffic “on roads and railways is influenced by heavy rains in Basternorland,” she said in a statement, urging drivers to avoid moving to four communities, Kramphors, Solefta, Ernskeldik and Harnosad. Among these two last communities have been interrupted by train routes in the morning.
Rescue services on their website reported various incidents in which they were invited to intervene, including the derailment of a trading train. No victims have been reported.
“It was as if the roads were disintegrating and turned into sucks,” a service executive, Leifing Vikstm, told SR public radio.

“I have never seen such a thing before,” said one resident of the area, OBE Lindberg. “The lake level rose half a meter from last night.”
